Scholarship information

KentApartments.com is offering tuition and book scholarships for the 2021-2022 academic year to students from the Kent Campus of Kent State University. Eligibility criteria: must be a current resident who will be renewing their lease for 2020-2021 at Eagles Landing, Jordan Court, Ryan Place, Huntington Hills, or Woodland Pointe Apartments for the upcoming academic year 2021-22. You must be a 2nd year resident of one of the properties to be eligible. The student must be admitted and enrolled as a full-time student at the Kent Campus of Kent State University with a minimum 2.5 cumulative GPA. Consideration will be given to students with financial need as demonstrated by the results of the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). To be considered for the scholarship, students must complete the KentApartments.com Scholarship Application. Applicants will be asked to indicate on the application the location of residence and to submit a copy of their renewed lease agreement for verification of residency status at a KentApartments.com property.
